Contest Brief

I would like a poster quality image made of the governor of Maryland, Larry Hogan, depicting him as a saint There is a similar picture (Attached) that is of General Mattis. I would like Governor Hogan in a suite, draped in the Maryland flag (Attached). In his hands, I would like a blue crab in one (Attached) and a can of old bay in the other (Attached). I would like the plaque at the bottom to say, "Saint Hogan of Annapolis
Patron Saint of Maryland"
For the halo around his head, I would like Thomas point light house with the sun behind it (Attashed).
