Contest Brief

Hi All, Pleasure to connect with you!

I am a young REALTOR(R).

I plan to hit the rental communities this month to tell them that they can &#039;Own A Home&#039;: and that their &#039;Mortgage could be less than rent&#039;.

The goal of the flyer is to get the above message across.

Dimensions: A5 Flyer which is 8.5"x5.5"
Details: To print on glossy paper.

Rules: My Name and Company logo MUST be Prominently placed on the Advertisement - this is company policy.
2) Would be nice if my picture is included too. As big as possible.
3) The advertisement has to be effective - which means that customers should look at it and want to move homes.

Bonus: As a bonus, what can you do with the &quot;Sell your home in 15 days&quot; &quot;Or its FREE&quot; flyer&quot;
