I need some Graphic Design

Contest Brief

I am looking for a design that will be used as a vinyl sign on the back of a boat. (It is the boat name) It must have the name, "Atlantis Turtle", an ORIGINAL graphic image of a Sea Turtle and the port of call, "Savannah, GA" at the bottom of the design.
NOTE: Estimated size is 4 feet wide by 2 feet high so it will fit. See attached image, it will be where the existing "the fast lane" lettering is for reference.
