Contest Brief

Would like an illustration of the attached concept of the mermaid and robot sitting on a rock under the sea. The attached elements are pieces that I would like the illustration to pull from. Instead Of the robot holding a cat, I would like him to hold the fish or fish/crab. Need the file in .ai/vector format. Need to keep the outlines in black. Flat coloring with the Pantone numbers used included. The file named Mulan is the other piece in the series. I need the vector to be in a circle and the general idea is what I am looking for. Thanks!

Sorry, I am changing the concept piece for the rock and them sitting under the sea instead of above, it would make the background a little more interesting with seaweeds and bubbles etc.
