Contest Brief
Need a 3d model of a 100,000 SF industrial building with parking and looped roadway for delivery trucks. The color/style of the building needs to be similar to the one in my attached image. The parking / building layout needs to be based on the attached sketch. Need the model in a format that can be imported into 3ds Max or Sketchup. Exterior only.
This is for a conceptual presentation. The building needs to be 100,000 SF. Other than that, accuracy is not an issue. As long as it conceptually looks correct, it will suffice.

Renders are good everyone. If you can insure there are plenty of large doors for delivery trucks and the colors match the attached samples it would help to make a final decision. Thanks!
