Contest Brief

I am a motivational/inspirational speaker and I'd like to have a 1/2 sheet color document that highlights the main tips that I discuss during my presentation. I'd like the bottom portion of the sheet to have a perforated line and a place for the attendee to write their contact information down and turn it in to me. The title of the talk is "Finding Your Beat, the Rhythm of Life." I incorporate music into the presentation so a musical theme would be great. I was also a police officer for nearly 28-years and Chief of Police for 5 1/2 of those years. My logo and maybe my contact information should be on the part they take with them.

I like where this project is going! The bottom portion of the page will be for the person attending the conference to fill out and return to me. It should include a spot for their name, e-mail address, phone number, employer, and a place for comments. They will take the top part with them to remind them of the takeaway points. I will put in a description of each point that I'd like added to the sheet as well. Thank you all for submitting your work!
