The old plan has small revisions which are already drawn in CAD file attached.

There are existing tiles and cabinet in bedroom-1.

The Porch can visualize in 2 pictures attached.

I want to match the exterior design for the interior of my house and semi-modern.

  I'll explain myself, just to be sure. The whole idea of guaranteeing your contest is to let freelancers know that, if you never choose a winner (which happens a lot, even when contest holders promise to do so) at least the prize is shared among all rated entries an contestants get a bit of a reward for their work. It's just that: a guarantee. So, when you start rating the "I'm working" entries, you're telling freelancers that they will have to share their hard work, fruit of three, four or more days of effort, with the guy that took 20 seconds to write "I'm working" and made an entry out of that. You see where I'm going? I know you didn't mean it this way, but it's kind of disrespectful, it shows a bit of unappreciative regard for the work people puts on this things. You see?

  good morning sir, tanong ko lang po, bakit po magkaiba yung kitchen sa DWG at sa blueprint nakalagay utility room? ano po ba sundin ko dito? yung sa DWG na file or sa blue print? yung sa actual picture din po yung hagdanan sa porch nasaharap, hindi sa gilid.

  Oo nasa harap ung hagdanan.
  
  Bali 90%percent accurate ung sa CAD file.
  Ung isa sa deficiency nung CAD is ung wall sa tabi ng ref.

  Yes, you can. But the walls are already existing.
  
  The one that already exists is the tiles and cabinet as attached will be as is.
  Just need the paint of the wall and cabinet will be matched to the color of the existing tiles for bedroom-1.
  
  Also, the Dining table is already existing.
  
  For all, you can change it.
