Contest Brief

I need the UI designed for an iPhone app. It is quite simple and straightforward, and includes essentially 3 basic designs, broken down into steps below. Each step will have the same background and colors. The color palette that must be used is as follows.

1. Straightforward 2 button design. Make a place for a logo at the top, and two buttons under the logo.
2. Shipping info. Fields should include (in the following order) email, name, address, city, zip, state, country
3. Billing page. We currently have a picture of a credit card that gets filled in as the custom enters their information. We want to keep that. So there should be a credit card at the top of this step, below it fields for the cc number with cvv2 code to the right. On the next line should be fields for the cardholder information, name, and then matching fields from the previous step, with a checkbox that says "same as shipping" above the fields.
4. Thank you/confirmation page.

We will be providing feedback on submissions.
