Who are we ?
We are a Wellbeing Company working in the Care Industry and Coaching External to Care.

Why we do what we do ?
We do what we do because of our personal journey with loved ones who need care, needed care, and sadly departed.

What we provide?
Affordable Programmes in Care.

Why?
Because on our journey with loved ones health complexities we struggled to access required programme types due to cost of programmes per session and the individual “Assessment/Consultation Fees” required legally to ensure duty of care was provided appropriately.

What does “Affordable Programmes” consist of?
Vast choice of therapy programmes with “ONE” Assessment fee “NOT” one for each therapy option as in “Industry”.

How do we work?
We work with “The Wellbeing”.

What is “The Wellbeing”?
“The Wellbeing” consists of the following:
* The Mental Level
* The Physical Level
* The Emotional Level
* The Spiritual Level (that which is observed by the objective observer without words).

What does this mean in our work?
We work with all levels of “Health Issues” from general to complexed, on any of the afore mentioned Levels: Mental Health, Physical Health and Emotional Health bringing The Spiritual back to a positive observed state, that would otherwise be uncharacteristic for client.

My life since the age of 6 years has consisted of Health Complexities with loved ones, their care with long term health issues and sadly for some their passing. The experiences gave me vast knowledge of the body on an emotional, physical and mental level. I needed to try and give something back to others as a positive from the pain I and we endured. This took me on an extensive learning journey to enable me to assist others on their journey of disharmony from Health Complexities to seek a level of balance.
I am a Holistic Therapist, Neuro Linguistic Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Crystal Therapist, Life Coach, Thought Pattern Management Practitioner and Reiki Master.
I am a Director of three companies along with two other directors: my daughter and my son who like me also experienced sadness from the effects of loved ones poor health and loss. Our companies provide programmes for care of the whole self through therapy on a one to one level. In addition to offering new skills and understanding of communication and behaviours. Our aim is to raise awareness of the field we work in and bring a sense of calm, balance and contentment to an individual.
We work with “The Wellbeing” consisting of disharmony on a Mental, Physical and Emotional Level. Each programme is tailored to the individual needs.
We are established in Gloucestershire, Sussex and Bristol also currently expanding into new regions as the requirement of services rise. We deliver “Wellbeing Therapeutic Programmes” to clients in care and the community. We are achieving our goal of becoming an umbrella company for many “Therapy” types at affordable prices for clients in care with the assistance of a great team. We are also a management company ensuring professional requirements such as Federations, Qualifications, Insurances and Standards are in place accordingly.
We have established comprehensive case studies and testimonials.
