I need a professional Logo for a construction company.

The Idea:
1. I have attached photos as examples of how I would like the "logo" to look like (Animated)
2. The Scaffolding (p1.jpg) must have the plant in (p2.jpg) growing from the bottom up to the top all around the pole.
3. The words "Life Construction" must be written in the spot shown in (p3.jpg)
4, Please use Green for the Plant and Grey for the iron pole.
