Contest Brief

Hello, we are Local Home Buyers, a property investment company. We buy houses off-market of all shapes and sizes fast for cash. Our main goal is to be a solution for people that don't want to list with a realtor or cannot list on the market because of repairs or a life situation that has them in a tough spot and need to sell fast. We want our logo to promote a trusting local home buying company, but also professional looking. The “Local” word is to be bigger and one word while “home buyers” small and under the word local. Some sleek fonts, some bold fonts. Simple, clean, unique. We would like embossed, drop shadow versions for online marketing. We will be using this logo on apparel, marking, websites, and anything else that comes around. Color-wise we are thinking silvers and blues, maybe try light and dark blue.
