What do I do:
I'm a Professional Career, Business and Life Coach.
Focusing on the future and achievable goals, I accompany people to consciously identify what they want in their professional or private life and how to implement it. I am not leading nor consulting, I am asking questions and reflecting on what the coachee is saying. With challenging questions brought with kindness, the coachee becomes more conscious of his/her potential and inner energy.

About me:
Passionate about transition and change, Pauline connected with coaching more than 15 years ago already. During her studies she made an internship in a coaching and training firm in Montreal, Canada and for her thesis, she developed the topic of team coaching in the sport and business world. She gained her professional first experience as junior coach for students and young executives at Mentally Fit Institute. After several year as business consultant and trainer in Belgium and China, she decided to work as a professional and life coach for a.o. career transitions, work-life balance questions, parents and parents-to-be challenges, entrepreneurs with an idea.
