     @humayon, if you notice #3 then you'll realise #3 & #145 are submitted by the same person & #145 is the updated version as asked by the CH. now you tell me which was submitted first the 3rd entry or the 121st entry

  I have deleted the first round of logos. The remaining designs I will comment on with changes. For rejected designs, if you want to submit a logo it must be completely different from the one you originally submitted.

     Do not "seal" the contest ... as there will be a very high probability that you'll just end up with a generic logo that no one can report against. Appealing for 'sealing' is a common tactic that they know works to hide behind. If they have serious design skills, it costs them only 50 cents to seal their own entry .. problem is that they might end up submitting so many generic entries per person, that that amount tends to rack up. So they burden the CH with the sealing cost.
     It's neither fair to you nor to designers who actually put in effort in their designs. I've seen it happen many times over, where a generic entry ends up winning. You can always avoid rating or reject or even report generic entries, but how would you know what is generic & what is not unless it is pointed out by others or unless you research it yourself? Sealing eliminates all chances of reporting defrauding entries.
