Contest Brief

We need a professional and creative logo for our website: swadesproperty.com.

summery about the company:
Swades : "own country" - in Indian language
Property : "land or building or flats"
as name suggest, we sell properties located in India to the Indians in USA.

Requirement:-
The logo should represent the trust, country(India) pride & may be country flag.
when Indian person see the logo
1) First thing they need to realize that, this company is India pride, this company belongs to India and they should get that nationality feeling, "it our" kinda feeling
2) They should trust the company by seeing logo (suggestion: use indian flag colors or flag itself or the circle inside the flag....... its totally up to you )
3) Then they need to realize this is a real estate company, they sell inidan properties only....

Please do some research on india, Indian flag, what india is famous for, how indians leave in USA ......before you submit the entry, I am expecting creative and outstanding logos
Please provide the logo on a solid background color, it can be white or black or anything, but use solid color, to make decision quickly

Hello CH! I'm interested to participate in your contest. It would be nice if you can #guaranteed and #sealed the contest. Some of the designers feel confident to participate in contests that offer to protect them work by sealing it (so only you can see it) and by guaranteeing the final price. Also, it is a plus cuz nobody copies other designer’s work.

Also you can use this following links to have an idea of what is a generic prefab logo: (beware! Because you might get something similar to these as well, happens almost every time)
