Hi,

We are three business partners based in Melbourne, Australia.

We are a property development company i.e we secure the land, get all govt approval, engage a builder and sell the houses through agent.

However our business model involves allowing investors to put money into our development and reap the benefits.

At the end of the venture, profit is distributed to the investors.

We are based in Melbourne, Australia.

So I hope your design is relevant to us. It should be simple, easy to recongize.

Tag Line: Trust, Integrity and Confidence

We need the logo by itself, then the logo with full name and also the Logo with the tagline.
Provide the following
• Source File
• Logo Transparency
• High Resolution
• 3D Mockup
• Vector File
Fonts used
Copy rights to the logo.

Once the logo is finalized, provide me the business card, letter head and flyer template as well.

We would appreciate if the standard house is not included in the design. From our perspective, its old fashioned to include house just because we are in real estate.
