I need a logo for a holding company (please google meaning of holding company.

Please note

1) The name of the business is LIOZIO B.V.

2) You can use LIOZIO or LIOZIO BV or LIOZIO B.V. for the logo

3) The logo can be word + abstract or word only

4) Please be original. I have the app to google every entry

5) Make the logo simple but unique.

6) I prefer minimalist logo

7) The hex colour code for the business brand is: #1387c4, #c6e2ff and #f0f8ff

8) For the submission, i will need the following format
- ai, svg, eps, pdf, png and jpg

9) You will also submit the character (Theme font) and font size
