Contest Brief

***Please read the specifications carefully!***
I need a logo for an engineering organization.
I have a basic design attached that I want to make some adjustments to. I’d also like you to make it look professional (for example, make the design elements within the quadrants are about the same size).
The final deliverables will be 3 versions of this logo with the requirements as stated below:

VERSION 1
Replicate the design that I have attached below. Note that I need you to create the elements in the four quadrants yourself, not copy and paste from stock images or other pictures (in other words, the source file that you provide will have editable versions of the elements in the quadrants)
Make the circle at least as twice as thick as the lines that form the cross or “t”. The reason for this is that I need the circle to accommodate circular text that is readable

VERSION 2
Using the design you made in Version 1, add the following circular text. Note that the circular text should be all caps, and white.
In the top half of the circle, write “UPSTREAM NIGERIA”
In the bottom half of the circle, write “OPERATIONS TECHNICAL”

VERSION 3
Starting with the design you made in Version 1, I need you to modify this such that the intersections of the straight lines and the circles are rounded – sort of like an orange with four quadrants.
Now add the same text as in Version 2

Ok, it appears my description for Version 3 is not clear. I need the corners of each of the four white quadrants in Version 3 to be rounded, not sharp
