We are looking for a professional logo

ORIGINAL DESIGN ONLY - NO CLIPART

Please follow the directions below:

Submission logo in this contest MUST look exactly like the logo would look on a white background website, but we also require a white logo for dark background to be submitted.

Maximum 2 colors.
No Gradient.
Do not submit 3-D, embossed, or side-view artwork.
No Shadow

Deliverable: Original logo and all-white logo for dark background. Vector files .ai and .eps as well as PSD file. Please include fonts used as well.
