Contest Brief

New business requires world class logo and design. The business will predominately be APP based and will be in the business of Property Management / Real Estate. We are seeking world class logo designs with a professional, well illustrated and catchy logo design. The APP & business name is called "Managers Report". The logo will need to incorporate the name "Managers Report" somewhere.
The APP will be used for property managers to better manage rental properties and assist resorts with documenting housekeeping, routine maintenance, repairs and seasonal servicing. The APP will also be used for Strata reporting.
We have no color schemes or guidelines to follow so we are looking for CREATIVITY!
Once payments have been made - all ownership / IP and copywrite will be transferred to our company. Thank you.
