I have a rough idea of a video I would like done. I want someone to make it more professional and see what other eyes come up with.

Whoever we award to will be required to turn over the Camtasia master file and the finished product.

All the media referenced in the camtasia project file doesn't exist. We will re-create them from scratch. right?
