I would like a responsive top navigation bar in css 3.3.7 and HTML.

Please have a look at the picture for reference.
The person that can make the navigation bar look better will win (the picture reference is just to give an idea, if you can make it look better you can do it.)
Important: In the picture icons are black but I would like them to be white.
