Contest Brief

I need someone to make the HTML/CSS/JS for my site. I have created a mackup of the functionality and had the backend put together but I need someone to make the site look good. I want it to be a GOOGLE MATERIAL DESIGN style site (https://www.google.com/design/spec/material-design/introduction.html). It should look modern and have a clean looking interface. Additionally, it should be responsive to various screen sizes and include the modals that popup from pressing the information ("i") icons you can see in the mockup.

Linked below are the mockup and the functioning site. Please login to the current site and mess around with it so you can understand how it works and make sure you click the "login with twitter" button on the mockup as well so you can see the rest of the site i mocked up.

PLEASE NOTE: There are two pages. A landing page where you login and then the primary page after you have logged into the site with twitter. The primary page has a 3 column workflow. I like to think of each column as a panel to keep in line with google's material design concept. The first column (or panel) allows you to search for users on twitter and then add the users to the queue, which is the second column. the third panel is for defining how the system will run. I recommend signing into the current site and testing it out so you fully understand how it works. The 3 columns should basically breakdown to 3 screens on mobile devices.
