     Hello Aksara. Offices should be around 100-150 sq ft. 100 sq ft per person. Three person office would be around 300 sq ft. I am still working on the mix of team rooms and individual executive offices, vs associate offices.

  Hello Nicola. We are thinking that this is space for about 85 people max. 100 sq ft each @ 8,500 sq ft. We need to add furniture. Desks should be 60 inch in the executive office and 48 in associate offices. Add and plan around that please. The NW (left side of page) over sees a park. The right side of the space is against a wall. The bottom page also has a premium view. We need to add a nice welcoming area at the top of the stairs, elevator. The idea is to grab our guests and visitors attention as they enter the space. I forsee two conference rooms, one 12 people one 8. Social distancing alsways a plu, but we usually hit that with 100 sq ft per person for our staff. Need cubicles which are closed rather than the old table tops. Old meaning four months ago I guess. :)

  Please advise on how many workstations are required, how many individual offices and conference rooms. Will you be using existing furniture as per your attached images? Will you require staff pause areas and break-away rooms? Are you planning to take social distancing into account? #guaranteed
