"Modern Logo Design for Property Company"

Contest Brief

I need a skilled graphic designer to create a logo for my property investment company. The name of the company is Properteye (which is a mix of the words Property and Eye to show looking out for something). The design should emphasis modern aesthetic and include building elements. Although I don't have specific color preferences, the overall design should reflect professionalism and trustworthiness. Here’s a bit more detail:

Note: PLEASE DO NOT OVEREMPHASISE THE EYE. In most designs the eye is too over emphasised. We are a property investment company.

- Style: The design has to be modern. Less is more. I appreciate simplicity and clean lines.

- Symbols: I would like the logo to contain elements or symbols related to buildings as well as the looking eye.

- Colors: While I didn't specify any color preferences in the questionnaire, I would appreciate your professional input on what colors would best reflect the nature of a property investment company. I suspect that vibrant colors would work best.

- Tagline: Ideally I would like a tagline added to the logo. The company is called Properteye (a mix of Property and Eye to indicate someone looking for Property. I don't have a tagline so it might be something that can be thought up by the designer. Obviously the easy path is to use the Property and Eye in the tagline.

The ideal candidate for this project would have a strong portfolio of modern logo designs and possibly past projects in the real estate or investment sector. Familiarity with branding and ability to suggest suitable color schemes will be a plus. Your creativity and innovative ideas are what I am looking for. Creating a logo that stands out and conveys the nature of my business is the ultimate goal.

I NEED the same logo but one version needs the words Buyers Agents at the bottom (as I am using it for more than one purpose and the other version will be just the logo with possible tagline.
