I require a competent developer with solid experience in React Native Expo, to generate an OTP (One-Time Password) API. The scope of the project involves creating the API and integrating it into our existing Android application and our website, which is built on WordPress.

Key responsibilities will include:
1. OTP API Development
- Build an API that can generate and send OTPs via SMS to users.
- Ensure the API is structured to uniquely verify each OTP that's sent.

2. Integration
- Seamlessly integrate the newly developed API into the Android app and WordPress site.

3. Deployment
- Finally, upload the updated Android app with the integrated API onto the Google Play Store.

Specific Skill Set:
- In-depth experience with React Native Expo
- Proficiency in Android app development and WordPress setup
- Excellent understanding of API development and integration
- Experience with OTP systems and SMS delivery platforms
- Advanced understanding of Google Play Store app deployment process
