Hi, I need a design for 2 pages A5 size Flyer for Referral Program.

Page 1 showing how referral program work.
Page 2 showing step for referral.

How Referral Program work:
1. New member referral reward.
When customer refer a friend to become our new member using our apps, the customer will get RM 10 referral reward after his friend visit our store and his friend will get RM 5 as welcome reward.

2. 3 Level referral commission.
After customer refer to his friend, customer will get 5% commission from total bill each time their downline made purchase at our store(1st level). 2% from 2nd level and 1% from 3rd level.

Page 1 design:
I need left side of the page showing 3 level referral chart, each level refer to 4 person.
Right side showing how much customer earning if their downline made a RM 100 purchase at our store.
1st level, 4 x RM 10 = RM 40 from new member referral reward and RM100 x 5% x 4 = RM 20.
2nd level RM 100 x 2% x 16 = RM 32
3rd level RM 100 x 1% x 64 = RM 64
Total earning = RM 156
