Contest Brief

To create a logo on the city of Paris that revolves around the concept of love. It known around the world to be the iconic city for love. For that reason, I want you to explore this concept of love into a deeper level and capture this quality with the logo design. Do Not Used THE EIFFEL TOWER, something more unique and different. To have the strong theme of love expressed in the design should instantly get viewers to recognised this particular city. By using other iconic symbols that represent the city of Paris.

Objectives of the design:
- Simple but unique
- Needs to represent the city of Paris through iconic symbols
- Compatible in B&W background.
- Focus more on a symbol logo rather than typography
- Based on the theme of love.

Theme: Love

Some Iconic Symbols of Paris:

- Other Famous Landmarks (Not Eiffel tower)
- Beret
- Roses
- Coffee
- Wine
- Baguette

Your symbol must work in:
• Black and white (Symbol is strong and simple, with no unnecessary fine detail)
• Colour (no more than 3 pantone colours)
• Large and small (Line work is of sufficient thickness to be produced small)
