Contest Brief

I need the attached pdf to be redesigned. Details as following:
1. It must be a brand new design and must be better than current design.
2. Source file to be designed in Adobe Illustrator only.
3. Output to be in PDF only.
4. File size must not exceed 1 Mb.
5. PDF is for emailing only and not for printing.
6. Upon completion, require source file in Illustrator and final output in PDF.
7. Contents to be retrieved from attached file.
8. Upon awarding of prize, there will be some editing / changes of text for new dates, fees etc.
9. Important images are attached herewith.
10. For all other images, retrieve from attached pdf. All images must be clear and sharp.

    Would you be fine if I do the work in Photoshop? It can be exported to Illustrator if required.

      Can. But final pdf should be able to copy text easily to Word if required.
