Contest Brief

We have an excel form to make the calculation of the price of our products based on certain data. Everything is now on one sheet. We want to use a web app. We need a page for putting the fixed data to be edited only by the administrator which should be invisible to the regular users, another page for putting the variable data and make the calculations taken from the fixed data page. All the submitted calculations should be logged on a db including the user data. We need role and user based access to the software with pw protection.
