<Technology Description>
This technology is designed to alert the user when the battery of a smartphone functioning as a digital key for the vehicle runs out of power.
One of the problems with using a smartphone as a digital key for a vehicle is that the vehicle cannot be unlocked or locked when the smartphone's battery runs out of power.
To solve this problem, this technology notifies the driver when the remaining battery power of the smartphone functioning as a digital key falls below a certain value, by sounding a buzzer in the vehicle or displaying a message on the vehicle display to alert the driver about the low battery.
