  Because I see that the contest has now ended, and the contest holder is new to this site, and as such might not be aware how to navigate this site. I feel this might be of help to him/her: As far as I know, having participated in a few contests here - a contest holder cannot extend the deadline for their contest, if 24 hours have passed since it's deadline. Which means the contest will no longer be available to accept new entries after it ends. Under usual circumstances, the contest holder declares a winner, and receives the IPR (intellectual property rights) for the winning work through the handover process. But in this particular case, in which I see, most of the entries are samples or proposals, a good way to get what he/she wants, as well as save on his/her money and effort, could be to choose a winner from amongst the lot and ask the winner to submit the complete work within 14 days of being awarded.

  Because according to freelancers rule, the winner is required to submit complete work through the handover process within 14 days of being awarded. If he/she fails to do so, then the contest holder can raise a dispute with freelancer support, stating their reasons for doing so.

  And as such not pay the awarded contestant. -- I believe this could be a good way to ensure you get your done, and get the best value for your time and money. I hope I have been of help. Amongst many other entries, #20 is mine. I request to check mine too. Good luck with your contest. :)

  I agree with Marcus, if you describe to us the products, we can provide you with the finished job, so you can just pick the one you like the best, without even having to edit it!
