I need a professional to edit a 14-minute audio file, making it sound crisp, clear and professional.

The main tasks of the project are:
- Background noise removal: The audio file contains some background noise that needs to be removed
- Vocal clarity improvement: Enhance the vocal aspects of the recording to make it more clear and concise
- Audio level normalization: Ensure the audio levels are balanced and consistent throughout

The current audio file is in M4A format and I require the final version to be in MP3.
