Professional CARTOON needed for musical album cover!! Creativity is an essential!

Think Love, heartbreak, but also think fun and creativity!! Please refer to the pictures attached while reading the description.

Feel the emotion of saving love from being drowned out by a toxic and ending world

I have drawn out the concept of the cover using crayons (attached), this should be used as the template for the shapes and colors but please feel free to add as much creativity that adds to the idea
Description:

Face:
The highlighted object is the profile of the artist (refer to the image attached), this will be the largest object
Mouth open with tongue sticking out (tongue being the personification of bridge to an ancient city where love started) - tongue becomes closer to the left, (objects become closer from right to left)
UPDATE: Tongue to resemble old wooden bridge, (bridge TONGUE IMG)
At the termination of tongue stone hands holding up girl and hearts (face hand IMG)
The texture and structure of the face resembles that of angkor wat east gates- big bricks (refer to attached)
The mustache of artist fabricated from laurel crown leaves - make it organic (refer to attached)
The beard of the artist being bushier similar to leaves of willow tree (refer to attached)

Background:
Sunset burning through the clouds (refer to attached)
Fluffy clouds converging at the top of the illustration
angkor wat castles in the centre of background with crows on top (refer to image attached)

Hearts/girl: To be positioned closer than the face but not overshadowing it
4 hearts on top of each other personifying human emotions:
Top to bottom: 1. exuberance/ excitement, 2. silent serenity/ content, 3.mesmirized look, 4.effortful facial expression, trying hard to keep the other hearts from drowning
(refer to images attached for facial expression templates)
Girl(black and white, refer to image): Long legged, wearing stockings, skirt, blouse, head down, hair covering face, her back to the hearts as she attempts to hold up the hearts, girl holds flowers in one hand

Water: dangerous looking water but also playful, suggested color is purple
More water on the right side, making the face look further away than the hearts/girl
On the right side of the water add monsters representing 7 deadly sins (gluttony, fornicate, greed,pride, sad, anger,boasting, dejection), monsters should look like monstars from space jam (refer to attached), Make the lead monster sin of boasting, have him holding conference for the rest of the monster in the water
The monsters in the water surrounded by fire
To the left of the image rubber swan floating with a baby riding it, baby should look like the artist (refer to attached).. this is meant for comedic relief so have fun with it

Miscellaneous: the tongue representing a broken bridge, bridge braking off on the left side from a piece of land with an elephant standing on the edge

The tongue also caries the title of the album "Feelin' my heart" as illustrated

Please exercise your creativity and make very strong visuals with lots of colors
I'm suggesting using either crayon effects or water color but feel free to use your imagination to guide you.

The image should be square in the form of an album cover, 4.75 inches!

  The CH supplied the design, sourced the elements, he specifies he doesn't want realistic - true, it isn't a great payout. $150.00 would be better. Perhaps next time a round he takes that on board, gets better entries in. But you're looking at 2-3 hours doing the inking and an hour (tops) doing wash. There are plenty of jobs that demand considerably more and pay exceptionally less. Plenty. This wasn't a bad job, nor a bad Client.
