NEW ESTABLISHMENT focuses on project/programs/portfolio management and consultation of all kind of project in any field of industries; mainly banking, construction, insurance, automotive, travel. entertainment, legal, Catering, and FCMG and healthcare.

We plan and manage projects as well as creating project management offices (PMOs) for the organization to align organizational goals and objectives with tactics and projects for efficient outcomes. Additionally, we provide consultation services within the field of expertise as well as project management auditing services to evaluate function and productivity, proactively and reactively.

Aside, we also provide Policies and Procedures consultation, and process optimization services using Lean and Lead quality methodologies. driving quality assurance and control auditing for operations and supports functions for successful front and back offices synergy.

We need:
-Logo design that contains Arabic, will have added value over others. The logo shall represent the center of excellence for the above services (This harbor shall be the deck for all any type of project that needs proper management and steering for ultimate benefit realization) and other needed paper forms as well as stamps.

We appreciate mentioning or suggesting other needs requirements that we missed in this description. ( this is just a few thoughts to start with)
