Promotional Passport design, billboard graphics, bumper sticker, graphics for badges etc

Contest Brief

We need someone with exceptional verbal communication skills able to work Australian work hours to help Burke Shire is bring back our passport as part of a tourism campaign to support our small businesses.
Burke Shire is known as the 'land of the morning glory' for our cloud formations.
I have attached the previous passport, and we envisage the new one being similar - though with new content and businesses - about 8 pages+cover. We would like from you:
Passport design
Bumper sticker 'citizen of Burke Shire - land of the morning glory' or similar
Images of 13 extinct mammals for us to produce as badges (we will provide images of these for you to modify so that we can print badges for them)
Billboard advertising the passport - copywriting required (6mx3m)
Online form for passport application
Graphics to advertise the Burke Shire passport on our Council website
Design of 13 passport stamps
NOTE WE DO NOT EXPECT YOU TO PROVIDE ALL OF THIS FOR THE COMPETITION BUT TO WORK WITH US IN THE DAYS THAT FOLLOW TO REFINE YOUR ENTRY AND INCLUDE OUR CONTENT.

    Hi, What does the passport need to contain? The 8 pages? We have the covers and after that? Stamps and ... ? It's a lot of work without details..Or are you satisfied with just the covers and the stamp design and the rest after?
