Contest Brief

I am looking to design a logo for my race team, Apex Hunters. I would like to be able to display this logo on my race cars, stickers, hats, t-shirts, jackets Race suit and various other apparel. This also has to be suitable for stationary and online media. I have a logo I sketched up to give some direction of what I am looking for. I have several race cars and race both professionally and in amateur races.

UPDATE#1: I failed to mention that incorporating the image of a corner rumble strips is important to me. The colors should be red and white. See the sketches provided. Also, any lettering should be some what "aggressive" in the font choice, but still able to be read at a distance or on an embroidered shirt or hat or etc.

    Didn't they asked for the Rumble Strips and the contest is ending with a speedometer, He have many cars & he is race car driver & those rumble Strips are very important for him & he doesn't know the difference between rumble strips and speedometer funny isn't it & welcome to another generic logo design done with ethnocentric fonts to the world.

    Thanks to everyone who entered. I have narrowed it down to a few designs that we are fine tuning. I am very close to making a decision. Please be patient. To Sagar S. you could not be more wrong. I have to view over 1300 entries and make some very hard choices but, those that remain are in my opinion, the best of the best in this contest.

    there is many people who doesn't even know how to design on clients requirement, they just wait for the others good designers concept and then they copied like they made the design. so i'm requesting you to seal the contest, so no one can copy others design and you can get much more concept by everyone.

    Where do you want these "corner rumble strips" in your design? On the letter "P"? Could it be in another place? For design porpoises and legibility, I suggest that you need to reconsider the "P".
