Contest Brief

Custom content marketing - primarily videos, that we can use to promote our real estate business. I have attached samples of what we have been using. We want to create similar designs but improved and even better, in video format to draw a bigger audience. Once designs are set for everything but the ads, it will be an on-going project each time we have a closing, new listing, etc. to update with pictures of the house or closing and post to Facebook/Instagram. The realtor picture and name, logo, will need to be interchangeable.

We also would like to create some ads as needed and search engine optimization in the future.

Ad to get leads to sell their home (something very creative)
Ad to get leads for buyers (something very creative)

Print
Listing fliers/booklets with description of the house throughout (Printed on 11 x 14 and folded in half for a total of 6 pages front and back)
