Contest Brief

I would need a Facebook Banner for Real Estate Theme.
The attached design is done by the previous designer which i need a NEW design.
Content will be the same as the previous design.

I would prefer the design would have red color theme. and the design need to be better than the previous design. I also had attached the logo and photo to use for this poster.

Take note the design need to be in Square Layout and it will need to have real estate element.

please provide the working file in photoshop after the project is awarded.

Sorry , if you may find it annoying but Facebook Banner size is 820 px wide and 312px tall , but u have asked for a square banner . Do u need a square banner or a banner which would suit the facebook banner block?
