  added specifications: the decorative section cannot be more than 50px high. Look at the decorative section we have now, we want the same feeling of a hill - but with the design of the landing page image

  What happened with your first footer design contest.
  As far as i can remember, Previously you held a same footer design contest.
  And you choose a indian guy as your winner.
  And the prize money was above $400 ___

     That was to redesign the entire footer, with all the texts, headers, subscriptions buttons, icons ect as well as the decorative section. We were not completely satisfied with the decorative section, especially since we want it to have a higher recognition with our landing page image, so now we have created a contest to only redesign the decorative section.
