Contest Brief

Need to re-design the attached file(cv in word) to be more profesional design.
Re-design the graph in 1st page to proper design(source file attached in excel).
The 1st page is very crucial. The same template can applied for other pages.
Only design the 1st page for now, if you are selected in the contest then you can replicate the theme to other pages.
If possible, make the triangle shape(talent stack in 1st page) very attractive, even like Iron Man's Arc if fit well. Or you can try if any other better idea.
Need your full creativity to make this CV to stand out :)

The final output should be in PDF format.
Preferably the source file of PDF in word document.
If not possible to be word document, built on a tool easy to install and for me to edit by myself later. Need your guide to install the new tool.
