Contest Brief

This project is only for researchers in the field of Computer Networking. The project has 5 guidelines;
1. Implement what is given in the example PDF
2. Write a novel paper on the P4 Language and Switch (P4.org) similar to the example PDF (same word count expected).
3. Paper must be written on overleaf.com, with an IEEE Journal formatted document
4. Implementation of novel code has to be on Mininet. Files needed to get you started can be found on P4.org
5. Contact me and I will choose a conference and place your paper in it, if it is accepted then you win the project.

Dear All, a guaranteed contest will force me to award the project at the end of the term.
Due to the nature and high difficulty of the project, it will not be Guaranteed. However, if I see a technical implementation that I favor or like or results that are close to what I have in the description, then I will award it directly and rehire the engineer for his/her work for at least 3 - 4 more similar budgeted projects.
