  Steps to access Discord in UAE
  
  Using unauthorized VPN is illegal in UAE. i suggest you to do port forwarding and exclude that port in firewall. This configuration needs some technical skills.
  First you have to trigger the particular port (use any port no. which is not in use) in the firewall then exclude the port from firewall and white list all IPs.
  Note:
  White listing all IPs will put you under security threat. Beware of what you are doing.
