I am setting up a new business and need a logo

the platform is called "matron"

The platform is targeting aged care companies primarily with some focus on disability services, allied health an general health companies

The platform basically is managing asset, staff and training records

I am looking for a very simple logo, but something that is somewhat unique

strong preference to simple text with subtle image and transparent background

with need dark background version also
