Contest Brief

I need submissions by 7AM PST on September 3rd!
I need a cartoon made. I uploaded a simple and very badly done cartoon that gets the point across.
What I want you to do: Create a cartoon that is the same general idea as my drawing but much better. Does not have to be exactly the same.

General Requirements: Must be a black and white line drawing. Must be in vector format (or high resolution). Must be in one frame.
Dimensions: 3' wide, 2' tall. Drawing will be on a display board.

Specific Requirements:
Setting: Gas Station. Must have a pump that looks similar to the picture I have uploaded. And MUST have lights overhead on the ceiling. General picture of light uploaded.
Pump says "Gilbarco"
Characters: Two characters Joe Oil and FastOne Energy employee.
-- FastOne Energy Guy: Shirt says "FastOne Energy" on the back. Handing Joe Oil a pen and a paper. He does not look trustworthy.
-- Required: Fast one has text saying "Great! Now that you have those on, sign here!"
--Has suitcase next to him with blindfolds in it. Could say "Blindfolds"
-- Joe Oil: Has shirt that says "Joe's Oil" on the front. Also he looks like he has just put a blindfold on. His blindfold is on. He looks like a nice man.

Optional: Have a convenience store in the background. More than one pump please. They can look identical.
Bonus: Have the text in a callout box (above FastOne's head) AND another version with the text at the bottom of the cartoon in quotations.

YES, GUARANTEE THE CONTEST PLEASE. Even if the submissions are water marked simple black n white drawing can easily be taken and image traced to vector form through simple and well known procedures.
