Contest Brief

I need a professional freelancer to create an email marketing template that encapsulates the essence of my residential real estate business. It should be compatible with Constant Contact, iContact, and Mailchimp, and primarily used to showcase property listings.

Key details and requirements include:

- Main Color Scheme: Navy Blue
- Design Feel: Sleek, sophisticated, yet accessible
- Primary Objective: Showcase residential property listings effectively. Include space for the property description and at least 4-5 photos. Must include a call to action with contact information.
- Technical: Must be optimized for high open rates and avoid spam filters
- Content: Ability to customize with property images, descriptions, and contact information. I do not have Adobe, but I do use Canva.
-3 Templates Needed: JUST SOLD, JUST LISTED (OR NEW TO MARKET), & MARKET UPDATE (This should have space for available and sold properties as in the example). The 3 templates should follow the same general theme and color scheme and font.

Ideal Freelancer Qualities:

- Proficient in email marketing platforms: Constant Contact, iContact, and Mailchimp
- Experienced in designing real estate templates
- Knowledge of best practices for email deliverability
- Strong background in visual design and HTML email template creation

It's imperative that the final design aligns closely with my brand and communicates a high level of professionalism to potential homebuyers.
