I'm struggling to solve issues with my Windows10 system that uses two USB (DisplayLink) monitors.

Two problems need solving:
1 - Random artefacts: at times the monitor(s) are not properly rendered (refreshed);
2 - Displays swapping: at times after reboot the two monitors are swapped;
