In similar design of menu (attached)
Pictures are attached, you can use whichever ones you like to
the size of the menu is 32.5cm in height and each page is 24cm in lenght (since it is a folded menu (the entire menu in width/ length when opened is 32.5cm by 48cm)
Bid starts at 10$ so we can see the designs come in, once a design is decided we will speak about award price with our management and transfer the remaining amount through PayPal)

I found your current menu on the net.
1) Will you add the translation to each line in your language? If so, should I leave enough space between lines?
2) Should I place a footer that describes about the specialties, fees, and service charge?
