Contest Brief

I am looking for a proficient Python developer to create a regression channel function in Python:

The entry should be the data Y (please see Word in attachment) and the return data should be the slope M and intercept B

Please see the photo in attachment for a description of what the regression should look like.
---It is not a simple linear regression, we need to have a penalty added to the equation (maybe a ridge regression or Baysian regression)
---99% of the data should be the black lines, and at the center should be the regression line (illustrated in green).
---I need to have the two black lines touching two times the data each

I will grant the reward to the first person who succeed.
Requirements:

- Build Python regression model for trend analysis.
- Use time-series data for the project.

Key Skills:

- Proficiency in Python.
- Strong experience with Statistics, Regression Analysis and Time-Series Data is essential.
- Knowledge of statistical tests preferred.
