La mia non è una proposta. Deve tradurre dall'italiano all'inglese o viceversa? Se deve tradurre dall'italiano all'inglese è necessario assumere un nativo inglese che conosca bene l'italiano dato che, normalmente, la lingua target è quella nativa. Oppure un bilingue. Di solito, poi, questo tipo di lavori è pubblicato come "progetto", non come "concorso". Se lo pubblica come progetto, avrà subito molte più offerte da valutare. Se comunica anche il numero di parole da tradurre, ancora meglio.
