Contest Brief

We need to refresh our tri-fold marketing brochure for 2018.
All content should remain the same, we are looking to update/refresh the following areas:
- Change one (and only) picture on the first page. Any appropriate stock image can be used, but we need more diverse group of people present on that picture (currently all are caucasian) and majority of them should be women;
- Change color scheme of the brochure to match Alta Montclair rose gold logo. We don't have any preferences at the moment.
- Layout redesign is optional, but we are open to refresh it as well.

Attachment is in pdf format, sorry no other versions are available. Outcome should be in various editable formats, including pdf (we'd like to make changes as necessary in Adobe Acrobat).

Hi Ramon,
As I clarified yesterday, teachers are our major customers and they are predominately women. But men are allowed :) Just please make sure that it's a diverse crowd on the picture- white, Asian, African american...

What I meant is that the image/photo that you want on the brochure is has to have women only? or it can also have men on it?

Thanks to those who submitted their proposals so far. A couple of clarifications:
- In regards to color scheme. We've been using current blue/orange combo for quite a while, and we would really like to refresh it. So please don't just add another photo on existing design, we've done several times ourselves;
- Photos are important for several reasons. They should play well with the overall design, but they should also represent the message of the brochure. So here are some facts and themes to consider:
a) 80% of our clients are women
b) majority of our clients are related to education - teachers, etc.
c) company provides financial services and administration of RETIREMENT plans for them.
